Export Staff Internship

  • Shipping department. Check and observe the requirements in the Letter of Credit issued by bank to avoid discrepancy in generated documents. Comply with International Standard Banking Practice (ISBP) and the applicable UCP.

  • Generating all necessary export documents based on issued Letter of Credit or sales contract including commercial invoice, packing list, shipping marks, quality control statement, yarn specification, and LC payment request (SKBDN).

  • Reporting weekly progress to the assigned manager based on the jobs given. Also coordinate to Learning and Development (L&D) to report the development of training process and improvement in each department.

  • Responsible to book container space in shipping line based on the estimated time arrival of the vessels.

  • Warehouse department. Assist warehouse manager to check and inspect the incoming goods from production sites then forward the goods into predetermined places based on the yarn specification and size.

  • Production Planning Inventory Control (PPIC) department. Responsible for export containers goods handling by estimating the container loading layout and box amount based on container payload, check the physical condition of the container before loading, sealing the container after loading. Directing the driver into the designated warehouse for loading.
